The Becoming circle is a small-group, women-centered space where you are met with respect, warmth, and understanding. Together, we slow down and listen to the body through gentle movement, breath work, meditation and holding space to be witnessed.

Hi! I'm Jennifer Briscoe–Registered Nurse, Holistic Yoga Therapist & Thai Massage Practitioner.

I’m passionate about supporting your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being through personalized healing. By blending ancient wisdom with modern approaches, I help you reconnect with your true self and create a life of balance, joy, and purpose.

Like many, I once found myself searching for deeper meaning, even when life looked “complete” on the outside. That journey led me through health coaching, yoga teacher training, and ultimately to holistic yoga therapy — a path rooted in self-discovery, the 8 limbs of yoga, (physical, ethical and spiritual development) and the 5 koshas (framework for understanding the layers of self).

As a Health Guide and Yoga therapist, I am dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies and live more authentic, balanced lives. My work focuses on lifestyle as a whole, including nutrition, movement, breathwork, stress reduction and deep body awareness across the physical, mental and emotional layers
