Wise Body: A New Chapter.

A 6 week guide to menopause education, realness & sisterhood

Wednesdays from January 21 - March 4 (no class Feb.11)

A yoga therapy practice designed for women 40+ in the menopause transition who are seeking connection, clarity, and joy in a time of profound physical, emotional, and spiritual change. Through a 6-week guided program, women are offered a safe, supportive community to explore their evolving identity, understand their changing bodies, and reclaim purpose, voice, and vitality. The work centers on dismantling shame and isolation around menopause, awakening to personal truth, and stepping into this next life stage with confidence, power, and joy.

Each class will include all or some of the following: breath, movement (yoga +), touch, meditation, guided visualization, mantras, chakra alignment, journaling, lifestyle choices

Week 1-3: The Body

  • What’s happening physically and emotionally

  • Hormonal changes explained

  • Tools to reduce symptoms

  • Clarity + confidence in your changing body

Week 4-6: Heart & Soul

  • A safe space to explore your life and desires

  • A place to be seen and heard- speaking your truth

  • Discovering the wisdom of menopause and the next phase of your life

  • Finding more joy and laughter

Your body is speaking- this is the chapter where you listen

The session is 6 weeks long (two 3 week blocks with a week break). To keep the flow consistent, I don’t offer drop-ins. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. Yoga or athletic style clothes work well.

Cost:

  • All 6 weeks: $35/class or $210 total

  • 3- week block: $40/class or $120 total

  • Per-class: $40 if you know ahead of time you will miss a week

Yoga Flow

Tuesdays starting January 20th
9:30 - 10:30 am

Begin your day with a grounding practice that invites you to arrive fully in the present moment. This steady Hatha Flow weaves together strength, stretch, and breath to help you settle your mind and reconnect with your body.

You’ll move through mindful sequences that build stability, release tension, and support a sense of ease.

Leave class feeling centered, calm, and focused for the day ahead.

What to Expect

  • Smooth, accessible sequences to stretch and strengthen

  • Breathwork to calm your mind and bring you back to center

  • Modifications for every level, energy and flexibility situation

  • A supportive, positive environment where wobbling is 100% normal

Soul Garden, A day to Bloom

Blossom into your next season

Join Regina Powers, https://www.powersenergymedicine.com and myself for a day long retreat designed to awaken your body, calm your mind and revitalize your spirit. You’ll be guided through a flow of practices that support renewal, balance and growing into your next season.

What’s included:

  • Welcome Circle & Intention setting.

  • Heart opening yoga flow with meditation and option for therapeutic touch

  • Energy Healing and Restorative Integration

  • Processing circle

  • Joy heart centered activity

  • Closing Circle and Take Home Ritual

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable clothes, layers- weather adjustments

  • Hat (cold cover) and sun-visor/sun-hat

  • Journal

  • *Cushion or Back jack- whatever you find comfortable to sit on while in circle. Bolsters and blankets available.

Helpful Tips:

  • It is encouraged that you start your day with a light breakfast prior to coming or even fast. The fasting piece may assist you to drop even deeper into your experience. ****This is encouraged and ONLY if possible. If any medical condition requires you to eat then please disregard. ***

  • Please pack a lunch and water. Additional water, snacks and tea will be provided

  • If possible, I encourage you to leave some downtime after the day, to avoid too many distractions, so that you can continue dropping into yourself more fully.
