Wise Body: A New Chapter. 6 week guide to menopause education, realness & sisterhood
A yoga therapy practice designed for women 40+ in the menopause transition who are seeking education and help with their changing bodies, connection, clarity, and joy in a time of profound physical, emotional, and spiritual change.
Through an 6-week guided program, women are offered a safe, supportive community to explore their evolving identity, understand their changing bodies, and reclaim purpose, voice, and vitality. The work centers on dismantling shame and isolation around menopause, awakening to personal truth, and stepping into this next life stage with confidence, power, and joy. This work will involve education, resources, sharing, movement, breath work, visualization and mediation.
